We provide dinner to staff who are crunching, pretty standard behaviour. However occasionally the four local food options get pretty boring so we like to do something a bit different. Here’s last night’s attempt at doing something a bit different for the guys.

In the Smoker: ( ribs started cooking at 4am! smoked for 10 full hours )
